HT Flex Band Heaters
The HTFlex Band™ from TUTCO combines high temperature performance with an innovative, easy to install design that sets new industry standards for band heater reliability and productivity.
The key innovation is flexibility – HTFlex Band’s one-piece design is engineered to flex over the barrel diameters. Unlike conventional rigid designs, the HTFlex Band allows for installation and removal from any point along the barrel without the need to remove or even disturb other heaters and equipment mounted to the barrel. Compared to conventional two-piece bands, TUTCO’s HTFlex Band eliminates labor-intensive assembly including the wiring of multiple terminations.
