It's All In The Soup Thanks To Tutco Heating Solution

An entrepreneur was opening a portable food service business which would be serve customers from a food truck and occasionally need to be set up at indoor events. One of their main offerings is a line of soups that needed to be prepared beforehand but needed to be kept warm in a large kettle. A traditional gas burner could be used in the food truck or outside but this would not work for the indoor events. 

This application required a band heater solution that could wrap around his custom kettle and keep the soup at the proper temperature. The heater needed to be able to handle some spillage and the rough treatment that would result from being transported around. It needed to be use 120V as it would be the only voltage option that would always be readily available.
